QR Code-Finding New code after Reset

QR Code-Finding New code after Reset

With a new phone or phone number, you must delete the old Google Authenticator app and download a new GA app from your phone's app store first.

You can reset your own QR code if you have your UN and PW Autosaved for SSO.

  • Once you’ve redownloaded the Google Authenticator app, and the Help Desk has reset your QR code….

  • Now log into your SSO as you normally would using Chrome or Edge on a computer.

  • You will see a dropdown box to choose your MFA method. Your new QR code will be visible IF you choose “Mobile Authenticator” as your MFA option,.
