QR Code-Finding New code after Reset
With a new phone or phone number, you must delete the old Google Authenticator app and download a new GA app from your phone's app store first.
You can reset your own QR code if you have your UN and PW Autosaved for SSO.
Once you’ve redownloaded the Google Authenticator app, and the Help Desk has reset your QR code….
Now log into your SSO as you normally would using Chrome or Edge on a computer.
You will see a dropdown box to choose your MFA method. Your new QR code will be visible IF you choose “Mobile Authenticator” as your MFA option,.
If you have forgotten your SSO password, please reset your PW by using the “Help I Forgot My Password” link on the SSO login page.
