SSO Password Resetting-from ClassLink Login Screen

Make sure your CISD computer is set to “Employees” domain before attempting to login.

SSO Passwords expire every 90 days. Password Reset reminders are sent for 10 days in a row to your CISD Outlook email.

SSO accounts will lock for 15 minutes after 5 failed attempts, DO NOT attempt to login again or reset your Password until that time has expired.

  • Go to the ClassLink login page, https://launchpad.classlink.com/conroeisd using Chrome or Edge as your browser on any unlocked computer, Chromebook, or personal device, and click "Help I Forgot My Password".  

  • You may download the CISD App image-20240628-170518.png to login to your SSO. DO NOT use the ClassLink App image-20240628-170706.png .

  •  Enter your CISD Username and click the Check.

  • Choose either of the Password Recovery Methods you set, SMS and/or Email (questions are no longer available).  A code will be sent via Text or Email.

 

 

  • Once you have entered the code you received through Text or Email, you’ll be asked to set a new Password.

  • Follow the parameters for new PW and do not use 3 or more repetitive or sequential characters or symbols. (abc, 123, ccc, etc.)  

  • Make sure the new PW is 10 characters or more for employees

 

  • If your Password has been successfully Reset, you will receive this message:

  • Then click the “Go Back to Login Page” link.

  • The ClassLink login page will open and you can now enter your Conroe ISD Username and the new Password you just set.

  • You will then be required to authenticate your account with the MFA option you chose.

    • Image (only available to certain job codes)
