Cache/Browsing History-Clearing in Chrome & Edge

In Chrome or Edge click the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
Then hover over History in Chrome, to open the left menu and click History in the box that pops up, a new window will open. (**For Edge click History, then the trash can, then Clear Browsing History)
Click Clear Browsing History and another window will open.
Make sure you check all boxes under the Basic Tab AND the Advanced Tab, AND check "All Time" in the dropdown in both tabs, then click Clear. (you can choose not to select Passwords) If it hasn't been done in a while, or ever, you may see a window with a bar running showing the progress. Once it finishes it should revert back to one of the previous pages. Now close all windows and restart your computer.
