Principal Granting View-It Access to their campus Employees

Principals can only grant access in View-It to their own campus employees. Only those employees who show the same building as theirs assigned by HR. They will not have access to another campuses employee that may work at their building, or Long-Term Substitutes that are temporarily assigned to their campus.

Principal must submit a Formspace Request for another building’s employee that is assigned to work at their campus. Their campus principal cannot approve access to another principal’s campus.

Login to View-It and select “Admin”.

Select “Employees Permissions”.

Click on the Username Hyperlink.

Be aware that View-It permissions & additional campus accesses expire periodically and need to be re-requested every couple of years.

Select access you want to grant to user.

Then click Edit This User at bottom to save selections and wait for the page to Reload.
