Go to the ClassLink login page, https://launchpad.classlink.com/conroeisd using Chrome or Edge as your browser on any unlocked computer, Chromebook, or personal device, and click "Help I Forgot My Password".
Enter your CISD Username and click the Check.
Choose either of the Password Recovery Methods you set, SMS and/or Email (questions are no longer available). A code or instructions will be sent via Text or Email.
Once you have entered the code from SMS or clicked the link from the email that was sent to your personal address, you’ll be asked to set a new Password.
Follow the instructions for new PW and do not use repetitive characters or symbols (abc, 123, !!)
Make sure the new PW is 10 characters or more for employees.
Make sure to update this new PW on any other devices you login to your ClassLink SSO on.
