Employees can add or change Multi-factor and Recovery options at any time in the SSO settings. Choose one option (see example a,b,c). If you have been locked out of your SSO, email help@conroeisd.net or dial 936-709-SOLV.

  1. Click your profile in the upper right-hand corner, select your Staff 2FA option (secure/relaxed), then click Settings. Choose either Recovery or Security

  1. For multifactor options, locate the “Security” 

    1. Mobile Authenticator users (who have access to their SSO) can add a new phone or device under “Security”. (If a saved device has exceeded 30 days and the user does not have access to the SSO, Help Desk will need to reset the Multi-factor)

Select Mobile Authenticator and click configure  

Click Reset Authenticator. (Open the Google Authenticator app on your new device. Click on Get Started OR the Plus symbol and let the App open your camera). Scan your new QR code, enter your verification code, and click Save. 

b. Mobile SMS (text message) users can delete and update phone numbers in BOTH Recovery” and “Security

Delete old phone number and add new number. Click Save. Your phone will receive a text message. Enter the code under Verification Code; then click submit.

c. Image users can click the current image for a full display of images (this option is not available to all users) 

**If you cannot access your SSO from a device that your SSO password is autosaved on, please contact the Help Desk for assistance. help@conroeisde.net Please give them specific information, screenshots if available, and always include your CISD Username and 6-digit EIN.
