Choose either of the Password Recovery Methods you set, SMS and/or Email (questions are no longer available). A code or instructions will be sent via Text or Email.

Once you have entered the code from SMS or clicked the link from the email that was sent to your personal addressyou received through Text or Email, you’ll be asked to set a new Password.
Follow the instructions parameters for new PW and do not use 3 or more repetitive or sequential characters or symbols. (abc, 123, !!ccc, etc.)
Make sure the new PW is 10 characters or more for employees.
Make sure to update this new PW on any other devices you login to your ClassLink SSO on.
