How to Request Summer School Technology Access for Eduphoria, Canvas, and eSchool Plus.

From your Eduphoria home screen, click on Formspace.

In the My Forms tab, click on Submit New Form.

Choose the Summer School Request category.

Select the Summer School Technology Access Request form.

After filling out all required fields, click Submit Form.
