Viewing Staff Professional Learning

Principals and Assistant Principals with Professional Development Credit Viewer access can view the professional learning progress of all campus staff, including certifications and current PD credits.

Staff Portfolio

Step 1: Select Appraisees from the navigation panel.

Step 2: Use the drop-down menu to filter your search and select the desired Appraisee.

Step 3: Click on the Appraisee’s Portfolio tab to view their professional learning details.

Professional Learning Settings

Step 1: Select the Professional Learning Workshop Settings gear (or click Manage Offerings and Manage Courses) from the navigation panel, then choose Staff Management.

Step 2: Click View Portfolios and use the search bar to find specific staff members. Click the magnifying glass icon to begin your search.

Step 3: Select the desired staff member’s name to open their portfolio and view their professional learning record.
