Use compatible browsers: For the best experience, access Canvas using up-to-date versions of browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.
Clear your browser cache regularly: Doing this helps prevent connectivity issues and ensures that you are accessing the most current content.
Keep your software updated: Regularly updating your software ensures optimal performance and compatibility with our systems.

Verifying your Google connectivity while working in Canvas
For the best experience, please use the Chrome browser and log into your SSO here. You will need to enter your student username and password.
Once you're logged into your SSO main page, make sure you verify that you are logged into your Google Account. Click on the circled image, like the one in the image below.
Note: If you are a student, your CISD student email account will be displayed, such as xxxxx@studentmail.conroeisd.net.
Next, verify that you are logged into your Google Drive account. Search for Google Drive in your SSO and select the Google Drive icon.
Once Google Drive is open, click on the initial in the top right corner. You should see your student email listed where the red arrow is pointing.
You have now verified that you are logged into your Google browser and signed into your Google Drive.
