Test Proctoring When Teacher is Unavailable

If a teacher is unavailable to proctor a test, another user may be designated by the campus Principal to start and stop tests for any teacher at the campus. This role is typically recommended for administrators, campus coaches, and campus testing coordinators. This access allows the user to manage tests for all teachers at their campus.

Anyone assigned this right will be able to access limited test administration options of all the teachers on their campus by “impersonating” the Test Available feature for those teachers.

These features include:

  • Printing plain paper answer documents, booklets and reference documents

  • Proctor online tests

  • Preview online tests

Step 1: Select Proctor under Assessments:
