The naming convention is required for all Campus Assessments.
The assessment naming convention in Aware for Conroe ISD requires that the campus name be listed first in all campus test titles.
Any assessments that do not follow the naming convention will not be archived and instead will be deleted during the summer. Once a test is deleted, it is permanently earased from Eduphoria and will need to be recreated.
Once a test has been completed and all documents have been scanned or scored, the test should be archived. Archivnig does not prevent the test from being analyzed, but no other answer documents can be scanned for the test.
Any previously created assessments will need to have the titles corrected, if they do not follow the naming convention.
Teacher & Team tests can only be archived by the teacher/team member. It is recommened that you archive tests periodically and archive all remaining assessments at the end of the school year.
If a test is reused the following school year, it should be copied from the archive so that it can be associated with new students for the current year. If the same test is used year after year without creating copies form the archive, the data will merge form year to year.
