Make sure computer is set to “employees” domain before attempting to login.

SSO Passwords expire every 90 days. Password Reset reminders are sent for 10 days in a row to your CISD Outlook email.

SSO accounts will lock for 15 minutes after 5 failed attempts, DO NOT attempt to login again or reset your Password until that time has expired.

  • Go to the ClassLink login page, https://launchpad.classlink.com/conroeisd using Chrome or Edge as your browser on any unlocked computer, Chromebook, or personal device, and click "Help I Forgot My Password".  

  •  Enter your CISD Username and click the Check.

  • Choose either of the Password Recovery Methods you set, SMS and/or Email (questions are no longer available).  A code will be sent via Text or Email.

  • Once you have entered the code you received through Text or Email, you’ll be asked to set a new Password.

  • Follow the parameters for new PW and do not use 3 or more repetitive or sequential characters or symbols. (abc, 123, ccc, etc.)  

  • Make sure the new PW is 10 characters or more for employees. 

  • Make sure to update this new PW on any other devices you login to your ClassLink SSO on.
