to login to your SSO. DO NOT use the ClassLink App 
. Enter your CISD Username and click the Check.
Choose either of the Password Recovery Methods you set, SMS and/or Email (questions are no longer available). A code will be sent via Text or Email.

Once you have entered the code you received through Text or Email, you’ll be asked to set a new Password.
Follow the parameters for new PW and do not use 3 or more repetitive or sequential characters or symbols. (abc, 123, ccc, etc.)Â Â
Make sure the new PW is 10 characters or more for employees.Â
If your Password has been successfully Reset, you will receive this message:

The ClassLink login page will open and you can now enter your Conroe ISD Username and the new Password you just set.
You will then be required to authenticate your account with the MFA option you chose.
