  1. Click your profile in the upper right-hand corner, select your profile should be set to Staff 2FA option (secure/relaxed), then click Settings. Choose either Recovery or If it’s on Group, select Staff 2FA and your apps will reload. Choose Security

  1. For multifactor options, locate the “Security” “Security” 

    1. Mobile Authenticator users (who have access to their SSO) can add a new phone or device under “Security”. (If a saved device has exceeded 30 days and the user does not have access to the SSO, Help Desk will need to reset the Multi-factorcontact the Help Dek for assistance.)

Click Reset Authenticator. (Open the Google Authenticator app on your new device. This app cannot be transferred from your old phone. Delete andDOWNLOAD NEW GA APP. (Click on Get Started OR , Use Authenticator Without an Account then the Plus symbol and let the App download then open your camera.)
