  1. Click your profile in the upper right-hand corner, select your profile should be set to Staff 2FA option (secure/relaxed), then click Settings. If it’s on Group, select Staff 2FA and your apps will reload. Choose either Recovery or Security

  1. For multifactor options, locate the “Security” 

    1. Mobile Authenticator users (who have access to their SSO) can add a new phone or device under “Security”. (If a saved device has exceeded 30 days and the user does not have access to the SSO, contact the Help Dek for assistance.)
