  1. For multifactor options, locate the “Security” 

    1. Mobile Authenticator users (who have access to their SSO) can add a new phone or device under “Security”. (If a saved device has exceeded 30 days and the user does not have access to the SSO, contact the Help Dek for assistance.)

Click Reset Authenticator. (Open the Google Authenticator app on your new device. This app cannot be transferred from your old phone. Delete and download new app. (Click on Get Started OR , Use Authenticator Without an Account then the Plus symbol and let the App download then open your camera.)
