Use this guide to add Google Authenticator to your phone for SSO Access.
Go to the App Store or Play Store, search Google Authenticator, with the multi-colored asterisk.
Download then Open
Click on the Google authenticator app then click on Get started:
Click “Use Authenticator without an account”
You may get this message. Just click, Add a code:
Your Classlink Code should appear:
If a code does not appear after clicking Add a Code, contact the Help Desk, help@conroeisd.net to have your account reset.
Once reset, go back to the SSO on your computer and login, a new QR code will appear.
In the Google Authenticator app, click the plus symbol.
Scan your QR code in the app.
DO NOT use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code.
You must be in the Authenticator app to scan the QR code.
