Your Espanol Santillana textbook will need to be imported from Commons into your Canvas course. These instructions will guide you through the process.

Not all textbooks may be available. If you need assistance with textbooks availability, please contact the relevant content coordinator.

In the Global Navigation menu, click on the Commons link.

Commons defaults to Conroe ISD material, so you will need to change the filter settings. Select the Filter button.

Once the Filter window opens, scroll down to the bottom and select the Shared With option. Choose All (Includes Public Resources). Then close the Filter window.

Then you will enter Espanol Santillana in the search bar and the textbooks will populate that are available.

Click on the title of the textbook, to access more details.

Select the Import/Download button to import or download the resource.

Search for the course(s) where you want to import the resource [1], or select the course(s) from the list [2]. Then, click the "Import into Course" button [3].

To download the file to your computer, click the "Download" button [4].

You can only import content into currently active courses.

Check the import status notification at the top of your screen.

Please note that it may take some time for changes to appear in your course.
