How to Report A Problem in Eduphoria

If you have a question or need to report an issue with Eduphoria’s applications, please submit a helpdesk ticket for assistance. Your inquiry will be forwarded to our technology helpdesk support staff for resolution.

Here’s a video that will guide you through the process of submitting a helpdesk ticket.

Step 1: From your Eduphoria home page click on Helpdesk.

Step 2: You will have now entered into the “Tickets” tab and on the bottom left click on “Create A New Request”

 

Step 3: On the “What are you having problems with?” screen select Software Applications or Programs Assistance.

Step 4: In the “What type of Applications?” page select Eduphoria School Objects

Step 5: Now you can enter your details, making sure to provide a full description of the issue or question you have in “Detailed Request”. Remember to hit “Submit Request”.

Step 6: You should get the “You’re Done!” confirmation screen, click on “Finish” to exit the wizard.

An email will be generated and sent to you containing the request number and any updates that are made to your helpdesk tickets.
