Your HR assigned home campus Principal CANNOT approve your access to another campus.

  • From your Eduphoria Home Page be sure to update your Profile First to show only your HR Assigned Home Campus. You may work at multiple campuses, but those should NOT be checked in your Profile. (EX: HR home campus/department is 877-Special Education, that is the only Department/Campus that should be checked in your Eduphoria Profile. EX: HR home campus/department is Anderson, that is the only Department/Campus that should be checked in your Eduphoria Profile.)

  • To submit a View-It Request, click Formspace, then Submit a New Form, then Technology: Access Requests, then pick View-It User Access Requests.

There are 4 Sections separated by Light Blue Titles.

  • Section 1 is for Employee information and HR assigned Home Campus/Department. This is NOT for the campus you are requesting access to.

  • Section 2 is for Full-Time Employees ONLY. (If you are a sub or requesting access for a Sub, skip this section.)

  • Section 3 is for Long-Term Subs ONLY. (if the persona you are subbing for is no longer a CISD Employee, please type “Vacancy” for first and Last Names.)

  • Section 4 is for the Type of Access being requested. If you need to know the types of permissions available, you can click the link in the last section to show you the list of available permissions.

    • If you are new or have a new position and need access copied from another employee, choose Copy. However, if you’re at a campus, this employee must be at your home campus and approved by your Principal.

    • If you had access and it expired, choose Reinstate previous years permissions, and new expiration dates will be applied.

    • You can list campuses needing access to in the Notes Section under Other. Only the campus Principal can approve access for another campus employee to their campus. (If you are a District employee, SPED, T&L, etc., your district supervisor can approve campus access)

Once you have completed all questions in the designated sections for your position, “Submit” the form by using the button at the Bottom or Top of your Form.

If the form was Rejected or you need to make changes after it was submitted, use the “Recall “ button at the top, make corrections then Resubmit.

If your form is Rejected, please read the notes on the right hand side in the forms History.

If you did not update your Eduphoria Profile to show only your HR home campus BEFORE you submitted the request form, and it’s required to be updated, you’ll need to Delete the current form and submit a new one. The current form will still show any campuses previously listed prior to your Profile being updated.
