How to Submit a Canvas Help ticket from your SSO or the Canvas Login Page.

  1. Log into your Canvas account in the SSO

  

  1. Enter the assignment/page/quiz in which you are having an issue, then Click the “Help” tool located in the left margin, then click report a problem. This tool is available to all Canvas users.

  1. File a ticket for a personal response from our support team. To better assist you, please provide a detailed description of the problem. Include information such as Course Name, Assignment, Instructor, etc.

The Canvas Course Number is located in the URL, providing this number is always good practice.

  1. Canvas ticket responses can be located in your SSO Outlook Email.

If you are unable to access your SSO, a ticket can be placed from the main Canvas login page. 

 

  1. Click Help then Report a Problem and continue with the same instructions above.
