Substitutes filling in for a teacher do not have Canvas accounts created.
If you wish to give a Long-Term Sub Canvas access, then the campus scheduling specialist will need to add that user in eSchool to the teacher of record’s Staff District Information. Doing this process will grant the Long-Term Sub access to TAC and Canvas courses that are scheduled to the teacher of record.
The information below needs to be entered correctly:
Depending on the time of day this process is completed, the Long-Term Sub should have access to the Canvas courses within 24-48 hours.
