How to Submit a Canvas Help ticket from your SSO or the Canvas Login Page.
Log into your Canvas account from the app in the SSO using Chrome or Edge as your internet browser.

Once in Canvas, enter the assignment/page/quiz in which you are having an issue, then Click the โHelpโ tool located in the left margin, then click report a problem. (Doing this will send the exact page URL location that will help our support team troubleshoot your issue.) This tool is available to all Canvas users.
File a ticket for a personal response from our support team. To better assist you, please provide a detailed description of the problem. Include information such as Course Number, Course Name, Assignment, Instructor, etc.
The Canvas Course Number is located in the URL, providing this number is always good practice.
Canvas ticket responses can be located in your SSO Outlook Email.
You can communicate with your personal support team by replying to your email. If you have questions or continue to have issues with a closed/open/pending case, it is not necessary to submit a new ticket. Replying to the email thread will reopen your case.
REPORT A PROBLEM EXTERNALLY: If you are unable to access your SSO, a ticket can be placed from the main Canvas login page.ย

Click Help then Report a Problem and continue with the same instructions above making sure that you provide the email associated with your Canvas account, so that our support team can follow-up.
