    Setting SSO Profile to Staff-2FA Secure

  • If you are unable to see and/or update your Security Settings…

  • Go back to the drop-down in the upper right of your SSO home page and make sure your “Profile” is set to “Staff-2FA-Secure” and NOT to “Group”.

  • If your Profile is set to “Group”, click Profile, change it to Staff-2FA and your SSO apps will reload.

  • Once changed to Staff-2FA, you will now see your Security Setting options.
