Once in Canvas, enter the assignment/page/quiz in which you are having an issue, then Click the “Help” tool located in the left margin, then click report a problem. (Doing this will send the exact page URL location that will help our support team troubleshoot your issue.) This tool is available to all Canvas users.
File a ticket for a personal response from our support team. To better assist you, please provide a detailed description of the problem. Include information such as Course Number, Course Name, Assignment, Instructor, etc.
The Canvas Course Number is located in the URL, providing this number is always good practice.

On the left-hand menu in Canvas, click the "Help" button, then select "Report a Problem". This will automatically include the URL of the page you were on, helping our support team troubleshoot more effectively.

You will receive responses from the Canvas support team in your SSO Outlook email.
