If you wish to give a Long-Term Sub Canvas access, then To provide Canvas access to a teacher's long-term substitute, the campus scheduling specialist will need to add that user in eSchool must add the substitute to the teacher of record’s Staff District Information in eSchool. Doing this This process will grant the Longlong-Term Sub term substitute access to TAC and the Canvas courses that are scheduled assigned to the teacher of record.
