In Aware for Conroe ISD, all campus test titles must begin with the campus name, as per the assessment naming Guidelines. See examples below.

Once a test has been is completed and all documents have been scanned or scored, the test it should be archived. Archivnig Archiving does not prevent the test from being analyzed, but no other additional answer documents can be scanned for the that test afterward.
Any previously created assessments will need to have the titles corrected, if they do not follow the naming convention.
Only the teacher or team member can archive Teacher & Team tests can only be archived by the teacher/team member. It is recommened that you recommended to archive tests periodically and to archive all remaining assessments at the end of the school year. Here’s End-of-Year Housekeeping tips.
If a test is reused in the following school year, it should be copied from the archive so that it can be associated archived test to associate it with new students for the current year.
