Important Deadline:

You have 30 days from the date you receive of your request notification email to finish complete the Eduphoria Course Editor course in Canvas, achieve a 100% on the quiz, and submit your request for credit in Eduphoria. If you do not complete these steps are not completed within the 30 days-day period, you will be unenrolled from the course, and your current request form will be denied. You To proceed, you will need to submit a new request form to restart , and the process will begin again.

Submit a Request Form

  1. A Campus Administrator or Coordinator/Director must complete the Eduphoria Course Editor Request form in Eduphoria Formspace. Here are instructions on how to submit a form.

  1. Next, complete the Eduphoria Course Editor course in Canvas . Ensure you’re logged and achieve a 100% on the Eduphoria Course Editor Quiz. Be sure to log into Canvas before clicking the link below:

Request Credit

  1. After completing the Canvas course, return to the Eduphoria Course Editor eCourse to request credit.

You will then select My Professional Learning then select the Eduphoria Course Editor course titled in blue.

Once the Course Details window opens, select Request Credit.

After this step is completed, it will send a notification to the Applications Support Team to review the credit requested.
