The following will guide an attendance/PEIMS office to manage the Absence Reporting System – App. The purpose of the App is to allow parents to submit a student absence via the Parent Portal at anytime. The hope is that we reduce phone, message, and email notice. The hope is that you receive better information because it is clear with accurate information. With the process, we hope that it frees up time and effort to input absence and complete other tasks in a more timely manner. |

Click on the Start Processing Button: It notifies any other user to see you are working on this record. You are able to return it to the general list by clicking Continue Working Button. Once you enter the information into e-school and make any notes as appropriate. Once done you will click Finish Processing and the record will be automatically archived but retrievable.
