This is an overview of the steps necessary to becoming an Eduphoria Course Editor.

Important Deadline:

You have 30 days from the date of your request notification email to complete the Eduphoria Course Editor course in Canvas, achieve a 100% on the quiz, and submit your request for credit in Eduphoria. If these steps are not completed within the 30-day period, you will be unenrolled from the course, and your current request form will be denied. To proceed, you will need to submit a new request form, and the process will begin again.

Submit a Request Form

  1. A Campus Administrator or Coordinator/Director submits must complete the Eduphoria Course Editor Request form in Eduphoria Formspace.

Enroll in the Eduphoria Course Editor eCourse

  1. The employee completes the Canvas course Eduphoria Course Editor. 

  1. The employee returns to the Eduphoria Course Editor eCourse to Request Credit. Click here for instructions:

  1. Credit is granted, and the role is applied by the Applications Support Team. 

  1. The request form is approved and the Principal, Coordinator, or Director that submitted the request form receives a notification.

  1. Once your request is submitted, you’ll need to enroll in the Eduphoria Course Editor eCourse. If you're logged into Eduphoria, use the link below to access Strive: Enroll in Eduphoria Course Editor eCourse

If you are in Strive:

o Click on Courses in the left menu.

o In the search bar on the right, type “Eduphoria Course Editor.”

o Click “Enroll” next to the Eduphoria Course Editor entry.

Complete the Canvas Course

  1. Next, complete the Eduphoria Course Editor course in Canvas and achieve a 100% on the Eduphoria Course Editor Quiz. Be sure to log into Canvas before clicking the link below:

Request Credit

  1. After completing the Canvas course, return to the Eduphoria Strive.

You will then select My Portfolio then select the Eduphoria Course Editor course titled in blue.

Once the Course Details window opens, select Request Credit.

After this step is completed, it will send a notification to the Applications Support Team to review the credit requested.

Approval and Notification

  1. Once your credit is granted, the Applications Support Team will apply your new role. The Principal, Coordinator, or Director who submitted your request will receive a notification of approval.
