You have 30 days from the date you receive your request notification email to finish the course in Canvas and submit for credit in Eduphoria. If you do not complete these steps within 30 days, you will be unenrolled, and your request will be denied. You will need to submit a new request form to restart the process. |
Submit a Request Form
A Campus Administrator or Coordinator/Director submits must complete the Eduphoria Course Editor Request form in Eduphoria Formspace. The employee enrolls . Here are instructions on how to submit a form.

Next, complete the Eduphoria Course Editor . Make sure to be course in Canvas. Ensure you’re logged into Canvas prior to before clicking the link below:
