This is an overview of the steps necessary to becoming an Eduphoria Course Editor.

Note

You have 30 days from the date you receive your request notification email to finish the course in Canvas and submit for credit in Eduphoria. If you do not complete these steps within 30 days, you will be unenrolled, and your request will be denied. You will need to submit a new request form to restart the process.

Submit a Request Form

  1. A Campus Administrator or Coordinator/Director submits must complete the Eduphoria Course Editor Request form in Eduphoria Formspace. The employee enrolls . Here are instructions on how to submit a form.

If you are in Strive:

o Click on “Course Catalog” on Catalog” in the left menu.

o On In the right search bar enter “ Eduphoria Course Editor”o On on the right, type “Eduphoria Course Editor.”

o Click “Enroll” next to the Eduphoria Course Editor label, Click on “Enroll” entry.

Course

  1. Next, complete the Eduphoria Course Editor . Make sure to be course in Canvas. Ensure you’re logged into Canvas prior to before clicking the link below:

Note

You have 30 days from the date of your request notification email to complete the Course Editor course in Canvas and submit for credit in Eduphoria. If the steps are not completed within 30 days, you will be unenrolled from the courses and the current request form will be denied. Another request form submission will be required, and the process will start over.
